Product Availability
Please contact us to confirm product availability before placing your order. While we make every effort to provide accurate inventory and lead times, product availability, production schedules, estimated arrival dates, and shipping times are subject to change without notice. CERAMIKĀ TILE is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, production schedules, freight carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Inspection Upon Delivery
All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage, shortages, incorrect items, or missing products must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to CERAMIKĀ TILE within the required reporting period.
If these procedures are not followed, CERAMIKĀ TILE shall not be responsible for damages, shortages, or losses, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If a third party accepts delivery on the customer's behalf (including contractors, installers, designers, family members, or job site personnel), the customer remains fully responsible for ensuring that all products are inspected and accepted in satisfactory condition.
Installation Constitutes Acceptance
Installation of any product constitutes full acceptance of the material.
All products must be thoroughly inspected before installation. CERAMIKĀ TILE assumes no responsibility or liability for claims involving products that have been installed.
Claims regarding, but not limited to:
- Breakage
- Incorrect quantities
- Shade variation
- Color
- Texture
- Finish
- Size
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product must be submitted prior to installation.
No claims will be accepted after installation under any circumstances.
Product Disclaimers
Product Images & Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary from those shown online due to differences in screen settings, monitor calibration, mobile devices, lighting conditions, photography, and natural material characteristics.
Product images are intended as a general representation only and should not be considered an exact color match. Whenever possible, we recommend viewing physical samples before making a final purchase.
Natural Stone
Natural stone is a product of nature and is inherently unique. Variations in color, veining, movement, texture, and shade are normal characteristics and should be expected.
For projects requiring the greatest visual consistency, we recommend ordering approximately 25% additional material. This allows for proper blending during installation and helps achieve the most uniform appearance possible.
Product Names & Internal SKU Identification
To maintain consistency across our inventory management system, CERAMIKĀ TILE may assign proprietary product names, collection names, and internal SKU numbers that differ from the original manufacturer’s naming conventions.
These internal names and product codes are used solely for identification, inventory control, marketing, and customer service purposes.
Regardless of the name or SKU displayed on our website, quotations, invoices, or showroom materials, the product shown in the corresponding photographs, samples, and showroom displays is the product that will be supplied. Internal naming does not alter the product's specifications, manufacturer, quality, appearance, or performance.
Product Representation
Product photographs, samples, and showroom displays are provided to represent the style and appearance of the material as accurately as possible. Slight variations in shade, pattern, veining, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other decorative materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
